How long will my order take to arrive?
You can expect to receive your order within 48-72 working hours after it has been placed (only for deliveries in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands; excluding the Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla).

Once you have placed your order, it will not be possible to modify the delivery address. If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact us in order to do so. However, we would like to inform you that you will have to bear any costs that are incurred in this process.

How much does delivery cost?
The price of the items does not include delivery. The delivery costs will be indicated in the breakdown of your order. The delivery costs will depend on the destination, and will be as indicated below:
Spain (mainland): 5 euros
Balearic Islands: 15 euros
We offer free delivery for purchases over 30 euros within mainland Spain and for purchases of over 75 euros for deliveries to the Balearic Islands.
Do you deliver outside of Spain?
Our online store does not currently offer the option to deliver outside Spain, however, if you contact us here, we will be happy to provide you with information on where you can purchase our wines.
Can I send my order as a gift?
We do not currently offer the option of sending personalised gift cards, however, you can choose to send your order directly to a friend’s address if you wish to do so.
Can I collect my order from one of your stores?
Yes, you can collect your order free of charge from our store, located in Calle Sevilla, 6, 11540 Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Cádiz, (on the corner of Virgen de Gracia y Esperanza, with access to the Museo de a Manzanilla) from Monday to Saturday, 10.00 to 15.00. Make sure you bring your order confirmation email, as well as your identification document and one of our in-store staff will be delighted to help you.

Your order must be collected within 3 working days from the date on which the payment was verified. If you have not collected it within this period, your order will be cancelled and your payment will be reimbursed.
